DR. SINA MENASHEHOFF, DO

Pain Management

Dr. Sina Menashehoff is a dual board-certified Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Pain Medicine specialist. Dr. Menashehoff's practice is centered on restoring function that has been compromised by injury or disabling conditions. His expertise spans various conditions, including sports injuries, spinal disorders, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive stress disorders, and acute and chronic pain.

Dr. Menashehoff emphasizes patient education, exercise therapy, and medication in his treatment plans. In advanced cases, he employs electromyography/nerve conduction studies for diagnosis and treatment, specializing in advanced procedural interventions to manage all pain complaints. This includes using fluoroscopy to target pain generators and precisely deliver therapies such as epidural-steroid injections, diagnostic and therapeutic branch blocks, and trigger point injections.

His academic journey began at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he completed his doctorate. He then graduated from his physiatry residency at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York. He furthered his training with an accredited pain medicine fellowship through the NOVA Southeastern Consortium and Larkin Hospital.

Dr. Menashehoff finds fulfillment in enhancing his patients' quality of life through thorough medical evaluation and intervention. He values a comprehensive multimodal approach to pain treatment, considering the patient as a whole rather than focusing solely on their pain complaints.
